Public Affairs Office

Fort A.P. Hill offers, on a limited basis, tours of the installation for established civic or business groups. Speakers are also available to address groups within the region. Fort A.P. Hill supports area schools and provides speakers and assistance to career days and other events. Fort A.P. Hill also coordinates an annual Earth Day celebration that brings hundreds of regional school children to the installation to learn more about the environment, military care of the flora and fauna, and various programs of state and federal government partner agencies, as well as non-governmental organizations.

Media representatives interested in getting more information about Fort A.P. Hill or in covering a specific training event should contact the Public Affairs Office.

The Public Affairs Office is located in the Fort A.P. Hill headquarters building. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday (EST).
