Fort A.P. Hill is a part of the Installation Management Command's Northeast Region. 

Fort A.P. Hill is the 6th largest installation on the East Coast, with 75,944 acres of federally-owned land and 111 acres of leased land. The leased parcel is located along the Rappahannock River and is used as a float bridge training site.
