RV Park/Camping

Champ's Camp, a recreational vehicle park, is available for active and retired military personnel and other authorized DoD card holders. This facility includes 40 RV sites with water, sewage and electrical hook-ups. Champ’s Camp Service Center located across the street offers restrooms, showers, DirecTV, Wi-Fi, and high efficiency laundry facilities. Tent camping is not authorized. No open fires or kerosene heaters are allowed. Please contact (804) 633-8244 for current rates and availability.

All patrons must check in at Outdoor Recreation between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. prior to site selection. When arriving after hours, please set up in a campsite and if you have any problems or questions please find the Camp Host in Site 17. Check in with Outdoor Recreation by 8 a.m. the following morning.

Recreational Vehicle Camping

Camp Clark is a 200-acre tract by Hearns Pond on Fort A.P. Hill. This is a camp site reserved for scouting units such as the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and Explorers. It is divided into 24 camp sites.
