In-processing Services

 

The Directorate of Human Resources (DHR) manages the In-processing of all new employees, appropriated, and military personnel.

  • Coordinates with the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) and the Military Personnel Division the “enter on duty” (EOD) date.
  • Each new employee receives a new employee in-processing packet and a welcome packet.
  • New employees are provided instructions on the completion of all required forms.
  • All new employees are required to provide the following documents at In-processing:
    - Valid driver's license.
    - Copy of birth certificate or passport or naturalization documents.
  • The new employee is provided an SF50 Notification of Personnel Action form and a copy of the position description.
  • The new team member will attend the quarterly new team member orientation and tour. This affords all new team members an opportunity to meet the Installation leaders and tour the post.
  • Upon completion of the orientation/tour each new team member is given a survey to complete. This provides feedback and helps DHR to make necessary changes to better service our customers. All comments are reviewed by the Installation Command and given consideration for implementation.
